Desh Ka Kisan — अपना खाता या जानकारी कैसे हटाएँ / How to delete your account or data
ऐप में (सबसे आसान):
- समुदाय का खाता: ऐप खोलें → समुदाय → मेरी प्रोफ़ाइल → “खाता हटाएँ” → “हटाएँ”। आपकी प्रोफ़ाइल, खाता, सूचना की जानकारी और आपके पूछे सवाल व दिए जवाब (फोटो समेत) हमेशा के लिए हट जाएँगे।
- मेरी प्रोफ़ाइल (नाम, मोबाइल नंबर): ऐप खोलें → और → मेरी प्रोफ़ाइल → “मेरा नाम और नंबर हटाएँ”।
ईमेल से: martechpro01@gmail.com पर “खाता हटाएँ” लिखकर भेजें, साथ में वह नाम और ज़िला जो ऐप में दिखता है (या अपना मोबाइल नंबर, अगर प्रोफ़ाइल में डाला था)। हम 7 दिनों में जानकारी हटा देंगे।
In the app (easiest):
- Community account: open the app → Community → My profile → “Delete account”. Your community profile, sign-in account, notification tokens, and the questions, answers and photos you posted are deleted permanently.
- My Profile (name, mobile number): open the app → More → My profile → “Remove my name and number”.
By email: write to martechpro01@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”, giving the name and district shown in the app (or the mobile number you entered in your profile). We delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted: your community profile and sign-in account, your notification tokens, the questions, answers and photos you posted, and your profile’s name, mobile number, place and crops. Reports you made about other posts are kept, without your name, to keep the community safe. Ad and analytics data held by Google is handled under Google’s policies.
